good location bts station urine smell small cockroaches
The location was good. It was near the bts station. (i guess that's something).
the toilet in my room constantly smelled of urine, especially around the toilet bowl. i also saw small cockroaches a few times near the couch and in the bathroom. honestly, it made me question the overall cleanliness.

Trixie, a trainee, provided excellent customer service and showed great Thai hospitality. She greeted us with a pleasant smile (, made our day!). We were upgraded to a better room. The upgrade.
The front desk personnel did not seem attentive. They seemed more focused on other things. This made the initial interaction less cute.

excellent hotel in a prime location
helpful staff shopping area good breakfast
the staff was really helpful and nice. the hotel is really close to high end shopping areas and restaurants. breakfast had excellent variety, i would definitely recommend this place. i really enjoyed it. the pool area was spacious and offered a separate kids' pool with inflatable rings.
the bedsheet was torn and the sheet underneath wasn't clean. the spoon wasn't clean. i had to call them for cups.

The room was quite spacious and very well-equipped. The bed was huge and comfortable (I slept like a baby!). The hotel's central location made it easy to get around, I found it very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower heads could use an upgrade. I think this would really improve the overall room experience.

ideal location mrt station clean room tasty breakfast
I found the hotel's location ideal. It was very close to the MRT station and the Central Embassy shopping center. A bank was conveniently less than five minutes away. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping restocked water, juices, and snacks daily. The breakfast offered many different cuisines each morning.
The windows didn't block outside noise, and I could hear the road all night.
